PROTOTYPING
Our prototype services allow you to see your custom POP display or P.O.S prior to being manufactured. We offer the ability to create full-colour, physical prototypes to help you visualize your unique retail display or P.O.S before finalising your order. Our advanced ZUND tables allow us to cut a variety of substrates, ranging from board stock to triple wall corrugated, as well as plastics and foam.
Printing
We offer many printing options to best match your display or P.O.S requirements. Using OFFSET, UV, SILKSCREEN and digital printing technology, we work to achieve your desired print quality and budget.
In-house Printing Expertise
We are very proud of our advanced printing capabilities. All of our prepress and printing is done in-house, so we control the quality and speed of the project. Essentially, we are a commercial printer inside a corrugated display manufacturing facility.
Having our own plate-setter allows us to produce printing plates on-site, instead of hiring an outside plate maker that may cause delays and quality issues. We can provide colour proofs within 24hours!
Types of Printing
XPLUS Now offers multiple types of printing for your corrugated display and P.O.S projects.
OFFSET PRINTING – Speed master Heidelberg produces photo-quality printing. In this process, we can print your high-resolution graphics directly to paper and then mount that paper to corrugated board. This process is needed when very high-quality printing is required.
UV PRINTING – Fujifilm’s Acuity F67 – The Acuity flatbed printer delivers high speed, near photographic image quality prints, producing sizes up to 3m x 2.5m wide, and delivering double-sided printing on irregular or pre-cut substrates up to maximum thickness 50mm. This type of printer will allow us to print directly onto materials like corrugated board, Metal, wood, acrylic… etc
SCREEN PRINTING – KEY WELL -It’s an outstanding machine with elegant appearance producing sizes up to 3m x 2. m wide This type of printer will allow us to print directly onto materials like corrugated board.
Digital –MUTOH –Roll-large format – we can print your high-resolution graphics directly to vinyl and then mount that vinyl to corrugated board.

Storage & Distribution
Where our competition’s services end, xplus now keeps rolling. xplus has its own Logistic Team specialised in the transportation of the finished products to where our clients desired. We ship worldwide, we provide ocean shipment, air shipment and express delivery, just according to your requirement.
Once your product are manufactured and packed, xplus offers a bespoke storage and distribution service that we can tailor to your exact requirements.
We currently hold numerous items of POP equipment, products, promotional & corporate gifts for a variety of customers in our own warehousing.
All stocks are computer monitored and controlled before being distributed to one or multiple locations, nationally or worldwide.
We can even merchandise your display stands with your products and distribute on a mass roll-out basis direct to individual stores. Why take up valuable space storing display equipment in your warehouse? XPLUS can solve your storage problems and then handle the distribution too, freeing up some of your valuable resources
In-Store Installation
Using teams of installers, we can ensure all the required outlets are visited nationwide and your display stands are constructed and merchandised to your specific planogram within a dedicated period of time.
